I am so happy I found these folks!!😁. I didn't know where to go after moving here, and a co-worker told me that this was the place to go. Super nice staff, took care of my dog's problem at a very reasonable price.

I was recommended by a friend who has taken many of their cats. They did such a great job with our cat's spay surgery! They are very affordable and have an extremely kind and understanding staff. I would recommend them to everyone I know :)

Well I had my 2nd visit for annual care for my 3 1/2 year old Boston Frenchtons. They did well with their shots. No side affects except soreness. They handled like champs. I trust this clinic that has been open for decades in the community. My parents trusted it and so do I. Staff is pleasant, humorous and very informative about appointments/cost. I love that the veterinarian and his staff are and has always been very direct about prognosis of future care. Super champs at this clinic !! I had to edit this today 5/2 because of the ever changing staff. Some of these new staff members have poor customer service skills. I and my husband went to get my dogs annual vaccinations that were listed on the reminders that I received via email and text. NO HEARTWORM Check. Everything was fine, they received their vaccinations and I asked about prescription for heartworm meds. I'm thinking maybe they don't need it yet. I was told by the vet tech "Just place your order and we will fill it". Well when I did, a week later, the prescription was declined. I call the vet office to see why they declined and was told they needed to get heartworm test and I will need to make another trip to the vet clinic. Duh ? Why? Instead they told me I am responsible for their heartworm check. Wait wait lets back up. Didn't I ask about heartworm meds while I was in the office. Its their responsibility to check the records when I asked about flea meds. Not just send me on my way and let Chewy tell me you didn't do you your due diligence. Right? Stop being lazy, get on the computer, and check to see, is what you were suppose to do. Oh and I asked for a weekend appointment to come back for the heartworm check and what did the rep do. She scheduled me to come back on a week day. Then when I called back to alert her of the mistake and change the date, I spoke with another rep about the situation and was told I can go to another clinic. This is your resolution? After that statement, I asked that she have Dr. Washington call me. I doubt she will but I'm done. I have nothing against Dr. Washington because I grew up going to this clinic with my mother when we had dogs as kids so the history is long in the community. Shame on you to act like you can do no wrong and blame your customers for your mistakes. 5/9 - UPDATE: I eventually received a call from a representative on behalf of Dr. Washington that apologized for my customer service experience. She was very polite, offered a small discount which I graciously obliged. She stated that they are working with their staff to improve customer service and to me, that's all it takes, is just acknowledging your customers, learning how to listen more and address the issue in a professional manner. I did reschedule an appointment for today and everything went well.

So far, we’ve had a great experience with the staff. Our furry guy Ace always comes home happy! 😃
