I’m simply sharing my experience so others can make informed decisions. I brought two dogs in for vaccinations and clearly stated multiple times before anything began that I did not want an exam performed on one of them. Despite that, both dogs were charged exam fees. During the visit, I also declined additional services and was not provided an updated estimate reflecting those changes. When I called to ask about the charges, I was told I had been informed ahead of time, which does not match my experience, and the call was handled unprofessionally.

I am sorry to say but it is true. The fees are a bit unnecessary… First, I want to say I did approve the lab work. I was rushing but after getting home and looking at the bill carefully I am like what the FREAK! My animal was only there for a follow up and they ran blood work that costed $376. What was I thinking? Very nice but the fees I do feel are padded and out of my comfort. I really want my money back now that I know I was ripped off! But I realize the money is gone. JUST BE AWARE THEY WILL LOAD YOUR BILL WITH LABS!
