The staff here is excellent; everyone I’ve interacted with is extremely kind and compassionate. They are especially fantastic with skittish or reactive pets. Both my cat and dog have had much smoother experiences here than at non-Fear-Free vets. They handled my dog’s recent emergency injury/dental surgery exceptionally well. Highly recommend NWAH!

The care you always provide for my dog is top-notch. This team is so patient with her anxiety and fear of the vet, and so thorough during exam time. They provide the warmest and friendliest customer service and answer all my questions. And best of all, my dog gets all the love and pets! Thank you, NWAH!

I don’t know if going to the vet is more stressful for me or my cat, but Northwest always makes it as pleasant as possible. Dr. Hollenbach is very thorough and empathetic, Brett at the front desk is great, and all the staff have always been incredibly kind. My cat has been having some health issues recently and they have checked in multiple times to see how he is doing and I greatly appreciate it!

If Norman Rockwell painted a vet clinic, this would be it. Empathetic, engaged, cordial, efficient, fast, responsive. From start to finish, round after round. Even if you're an established patient at another clinic, consider giving this one a shot.
