Zero starts if it were an option!!!!!! For seven years, I entrusted this clinic with the care of my three dogs. For that entire duration, I repeatedly and explicitly raised concerns regarding a severe skin infection and allergies in one of my dogs. My concerns were blatantly ignored. Instead of properly treating the infection, this clinic merely prescribed basic allergy medications completely failing to address the actual medical issue of a skin infection. After finally switching back to my original veterinarian it took 6 months of a regiment with allergy and two other meds with medicated baths 2x a week to restore my dog’s skin and coat to normal. This clinic's sheer medical negligence and ignorance cost me thousands of dollars and subjected my dog to years of unnecessary discomfort. If you value your pet's health and can’t afford to go through something like this do not bring your animals here. To compound this egregious lack of care, I was informed during routine testing at my original vet that 1 of the threes dogs is suffering from a disease—one that would have been easily and swiftly detected had this establishment bothered to perform competent, standard diagnostic testing during routine vaccinations. It is beyond infuriating that I ever allowed these people near my animals under the expectation that they provide professional veterinary care. Their incompetence is absolutely unacceptable, and I strongly advise any pet owner to take their business elsewhere immediately for the sake of their animals all money aside!
