If I could give 100 stars, I absolutely would. I cannot fully express the gratitude my family has for this establishment and the incredible staff who helped us today. Early this morning our dog began choking, and as we tried to figure out how to help him, we quickly realized it was a medical emergency. My husband rushed him to one clinic but was turned away because they were not open and there was no doctor available. He then came here, and although the clinic was also not open and there was no doctor on site yet, the staff did not hesitate for a moment to step in and help. Every single person there immediately jumped into action, doing everything they could with their knowledge and training while also calling the veterinarian to get further guidance. The compassion, urgency, and genuine care your team showed in such a heartbreaking moment meant more to our family than words can ever truly express. In one of the hardest moments our family has experienced, your staff showed kindness, empathy, and a willingness to help without hesitation. We are incredibly grateful for the effort, compassion, and humanity they showed us today. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Seat and waited with no service after 15-20 minutes. My dog was diagnosed prior to any testing. Staff was rude and did not consider the health of my dog. I was so disappointed in the way I was asked to go outside then after 5-10 minutes asked to wait next door until someone came to get me outside in the cold with a sick dog. I would have accepted more if they told me they didn’t want to care for my dog. With that being said my dog was never seen.
