I have been taking my dogs here since 2023, with my first dog they always took the necessary steps for his comfort (ie: no men) but with my second dog, who is far more sensitive, was not treated with the same consideration. We were given a male veterinarian, which unsurprisingly resulted in my dog freaking out. He needed to be sedated for the vet to come within three feet of him, he took a whole hour to come to and needed carried into the car (95lb dog btw). $500, because my dog’s boundaries weren’t respected. A few weeks ago he picked up a bacterial infection from Alum Creek, his allergies got significantly worse. I called Wednesday for an estimate, I called again Friday only to be misunderstood multiple times and having to repeat myself multiple times to the tech on the phone. No he doesn’t need neutered, he been neutered for nearly three years, he needs his meds and a checkup and I need an estimate on it. So I call again Saturday, same thing, “oh we’re so sorry about that we’ll get it done today and send it over.” Well today is Monday, I still have no estimate for my son who is so itchy and uncomfortable he’s drawing blood. So I called again, but this time I requested his entire record, had them send it to me while I was on the phone with them to ensure I got it in its entirety. Only after I do that do I get a message about his allergy medication being ready to be picked up, funny because the first tech and I spoke about putting him on different allergy medication in hopes of better results. I’m incredibly disappointed with the lack of communication and priority regarding my dog. I know he’s not an easy patient in the slightest, but under no circumstances does that mean he deserves to suffer in his own skin.

Wonderful staff and Docs. I have trusted them with my little Geno for over 14 years. They absolutely take wonderful care of him and I can call anytime with questions and they are so nice and helpful.
